Automatic Dizzy in Manual Car?
Ive got an automatic distributor off of a D16Z6 and i want to put it in my brothers car, a 1990 civic that we're doing a single cam VTEC swap in. People have told me it will run fine, and other people have told me that you have to re-wire a couple things. Any answers would be awesome!

Re: Automatic Dizzy in Manual Car?
As far as automatic and manual goes it makes no difference. A D16Z6 distributor is a D16Z6 distributor. As far as running it in an OBD0 chassis, yes there is some wiring involved, a complete OBD1 conversion actually.

yes i know, but assuming i already wired the car for obd1, it makes no difference about the distributor. Thats what i was thinking, i just needed some clarity. Thanks guys!
