Default Auto trans fluid change?

I need to change the fluid in my trans again. Right now its got Mercon in it. What should I put back in it and how much is it going to hold? BTW, I drive it sorta hard.

it ran fine before right? if so why not just put that back in or something fully synthetic like royal purple. the amount you put in should be in your honda manual or chiltons if you have one (everyone should)
