Since I don't have a Single Din CD changer or an equalizer, what can I do to block the free space. I made a plastic black cover, but I was wondering what everyone else did ?

gauge cluster?
fill with foam and cover entire thing with tweed (thats what im doing)

buy a cd player? or add another cubby hole? clock? panel for gauges or switches?

Well I already have my cd player in the stock location.
I think I will install my custom blocker

Because I will use the utility box to put cds'. I was suppose to relocate my CD player but I changed my mind.

Yeah, why do you need it? I have never gotten an audio console because I like to have a place to put drinks, but thats just me.

Put a vtec controller, air/fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge, etc...... Anything thats vital information for your engine. Unless you want to get a gauge pod.

I think i saw the same set up in my brothers porsche...
He bought this 99 cabroilet...and when i saw it i was tore up with the
single din size 4-cd holder...
Call porsche and see if they can sell it as an interior part or something...

They weren't standard, it was an option. Try ebay or http://www.ahmotor.com I got mine from there and it was only like 112. I think they might be out though.
