ATTENTION THIEVES:
REMEMBER TWO OR THREE WEEKS AGO, WHEN I SAID SOMEONE WAS CHECKING OUT MY CAR/CARS TO STEAL!?!?
Well, these ******* came back last night.
at about 12:30-1:00AM my GF heard some scraping outside (car is very low right now, turbo downpipe is resting on the street) and looked out the window and saw that SAME integra that i scared away, driving away.
well, when i came home from work today, i thought the car was moved, about 10 feet. so i went to look, and bigger than ****, my doors were unlocked, and the passenger door, was actually open 2 inches. my steering wheel was turned a half turn, and the car was in neutral with the Ebrake down. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED OR TAKEN. the car WAS moved, i can tell by the drip of oil from my oil feed line, and the long scratches from the downpipe.
What I think happened is that they tried to push the car around the corner or down the street before they worked on taking it.
I just got a new condo with a 2 car garage, but i havent moved in yet. SO i'm hoping my car will be safe until then.
ATTENTION THIEVES: you have ONE WEEK to try and steal my cars, after that they will be locked up in the garage.... and if youre in my home, i have the right to discharge my firearm.
I have filed a police report, and since this is a pretty clean cut city , they actually responded within 10 minutes, and have had patrol cars drive down the street all day.

i taped this note to the drivers side window:
ATTENTION THEIF:
Thieves are the scum of the earth. AND, just to let you know, you are being WATCHED. You are at risk of being SHOT and BEATEN. I will also press charges.
GO HOME and GO TO BED. Nighty-nite, keep your butthole tight.

Re: ATTENTION THIEVES: (ROK801)
right before the police officer left, he told me to call 911 if it happens again.... and if they get inside, to confront them.
they'll stop if they see my old lady holding a pistol, and me holding my rifle.

I'm sorry to hear that.
Also, you only have a right to discharge your firemarm if they come after you or threaten your life, not if they steal your stuff. It isn't worth being charged for murder. Just get a baseball bat or a big dog.

Re: (killaj12)
here in nc the law is that you can protect your family from intruders but you cannot shoot someone trying to steal your car. granted i dont give a two squirts of **** about that anybody who tries to take my hatch is gonna have holes drilled in his kneecaps and his achilles tendon sliced. but i know the frustration of owning a car that thieves want parts off of. i had a eg hatch stolen from me a year ago with about 17k invested in it. i have since bought another hatch...and a pistol.

its different in different states.(for example, i think texas, the law is if someone steps a foot on your property you have the right to shoot them...while in california...they have to be inside your house....but im not positive on that)

Re: ATTENTION THIEVES: (STREETWERKZ)
Am I the only one who realised that he ASKED for someone to steal his car?
u said they got 1 week to take it? thats kinda stupid, and I dont think that they would read this forum. However, to be constructive, why, if you have a trubo, wouldent you spend 300$ on a nice Viper alarm? it seems worth it to protect the investment of a car.

Re: ATTENTION THIEVES: (Senses Fail y0!)
my hatch isn't worth stealing LOL they'd bring it back and sue me for mental damages. I had a 14 y/o kid steal my CD player then try to sell it back to me... I broke his face and got my CD player back.... dumbass kid had it mounted on his bicycle with a 6 volt battery and 1 speaker... and he wondered why it wouldn't play.
