Apexi VAFC II (Just A Few Questions)

Car: 1993 Honda Civic Hatch
B18C motor/stock internals
Apexi WS Exhaust
Short ram Intake
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Skunk2 P28 ecu
*Header is stock for now, but getting one before I get the vafc
First off I need a little help on deciding wether to go with the old or new model
Second- someone had said vtec would be less noticable because the fuel curves would be evened out when I get it dyno tuned? Is this true.....if so please explain?
Finally.......anyone have any good pics of where the hell to put the damn thing!!! (without it looking tacky)

well im guessing it all depends on how you set ur vafc for fuel correction and in my opinion vtec is mostly dependant on wat rpm it is set on and how much power you're making at that certain point, thats where the fuel settings come into play. But dont quote me on that just a guess im using the old vafc
