Apexi Headers.....
I have been researching headers for about 2 weeks now. I have no Idea which ones to go with. the Apexi Headers right now are my first choice. If anyone is using these headers can you tell me if you would recommend them and what kind of gains you got with them. I mean there are so many brands of headers, and I only want to do this upgrade once. any recommendations are welcome. Please dont knock on other people either.

Re: Apexi Headers..... (Syzle)
I have heard in quite a lot of cases with these headers, that they start to rust real quick, like corrode.
I have never had this header on my car, so I cant speak from experience, but have witnessed it on my friends d16y8.
I tend to see a lot of cars with the dc sports header, I guess its pretty popular.

Re: Apexi Headers..... (Syzle)
i have the apex gt spec 4-2-1 1 piece stainless header on my d16z6. install took me and a buddy about an hour. the gains were slightly noticeable (a little less than my cai but more than my catback). the quality of the header is very good. the welds are perfect, the fitment was excellent and it turns a beautiful bronze color after use. the o2 sensor gets moved to the collector as compared to the stock primary runner o2 bung. i got mine for 275 shipped, which is why i bought it. ive seen it retail for around 400 bucks tho. if you can get it cheaper than that do it, but if u have to pay 400 for it i would look into something a little cheaper, or maybe one that was slightly used.
