Ok so currently I have a 95 civic ex, coupe 1.6 vtec. 110k miles, excellent condition. Has some no-name 5 star silver rims, Short Ram Intake, 4-1 Headers, Front Tower, Rear Sway & Under-tie. Also is straight piped. Black upholstery, 'JDM' red suede doors. Non-smoker. New timing belt, clutch, flywheel, brakes. Will have a CF&K hood on it in about a month. White, no body damage what so ever. Very clean.
New alarm and stereo.

So Ill sell that beast for 6500-7000 (Washington/Seattle Area has very good pricing)

Then I plan on buying a 92 HB for around 1.5k. That leaves me with somewhere around 5 grand to get what I want done. Im definitely going the turbo route, and it will be my weekend driver car. (Im at college)

So Id like to drop about 4 grand into performance, and a grand into style.

So heres my price list:
d16z6 = 600-800
fidanza 9 pound flywheel = 300
Greddy Turbo Kit = 1200 new.. probably can find one for 800 though.
Stage 1 (2?) Clutch = 300
16's = 900ish.. again deal dependant
Hondata = 495 + tuning

Need pricing and recomendations on the following:
So how much is suspension going to run me? I want a clean 2" drop.
How much is an Si tranny?
What block work should I consider doing?

All input is much appreciated

You could consider an LSD. Quaife for ~$800 or a Kaaz for ~$500. Then there's install which can be pricey on a transaxle, but it will put power to the ground much better in turns and in straights.
