Anyone know where I can get some new lugs for my EM1 wheels?
I have a set of 00' EM1 wheels on my 98 Civic EX.
1.) Does anyone know if the seat is the round ball type found on most factory Honda wheels, or if it's flat? The lug's I have on them now are flat ended, that's why I'm not sure.
2.) I'm looking to get some gold lugs for them. I was going to get them from JLB motorsports which I found from the wheel & tire FAQ thread, but I've been told they've gone out of business anyone know where to get colored OE style lugs from?
3.) Not sure if I want to get aluminum or not. I've read that they hold up well, but I'm still sketched out, because, well, they're aluminum..

These Muteki lugs look as though they have the rounded end like OE style lugs, but it says in the description they won't fit factory wheels. Anyone have any input on that?

I'm looking to get gold ones. Autozones around here don't have any colored ones I don't think.

Your options are extremely limited for stock rims. Might want to check the Appearance thread for a "lugnut" thread.

I have normall old Gorrila lugs nuts on my car with fit wheels. Everything is fine, same type of thing as the blox nuts, but closed end.

I emailed Weksos and they said the blox lugs will not fit on OEM honda wheels. :/ I'm kind of thinking of getting them anyways and just checking my lugs every week or so to make sure they're not coming loose. Not sure if I want to get those washers or not.

As I already said, I have aftermarket lug nuts on OEM wheels, they work just fine.

Look at the "What lugs do I need post." OEM honda wheels have the rounded seat for the lugs, while almost every aftermarket lug is tuner style, and the seat is not rounded. It's not recommended to run tuner lugs on OEM honda wheels because they don't seat properly. But I think I'm going to get them anyways.

All that is, is thread pitch.
The size of the lug nut is not changed.
I know about that, however, they still fit/work just fine.
I am going on a year my car this way, with no issues. Wheels fine, lugs are fine. They hold just fine.
Torque the the proper spec, and it should be just fine. Even then, giving them a check once a week wouldn't hurt to begin with.
I check mine every time I check my oil.

All OEM wheels uses ball seat lug nuts. DO NOT use tapered!!! Tapered are usually the ones thats aftermarket. For example, Blox lug nuts are tapered.

Re: Anyone know where I can get some new lugs for my EM1 wheels?
in the link that cap'N posted you can get black factory nut's for a nsx it not gold but it would be different and they fit. I know I can go to most auto parts stores or Honda/Acura car dealers and get chrome-finished lug nuts with the ball-shaped seating area for my Honda/Acura wheels. But do you know where I can find ones with a black finish?
The lug nuts for the '91-96 NSX are black and fit all Honda/Acura cars and wheels. You can order them from any Acura dealer. Ask for part number 90304-SA7-811. List price is $5.50 each and you can also get them for $4.38 each at Delray Acura. If you need a set of matching wheel locks, the part number is 08W42-SL0-201.

I've used the gold blox extended lugnuts on my em1 with stock Si wheels and they worked fine like any other lug nuts
