What is the weight of a stock '97 Civic hood?
Front and rear seats?
Bumper supports?
Front and rear bumpers?

The hood I heard is around 60 but I can't confirm it
EDIT:bumper supports are 35-45 for both
the plasitic outer bumpers are around 10lbs Ithink.

That seems a bit on the heavy part. The seats are probably 30 lbs as you said...but I hear the bumper supports are 17 LBS each (on a 92 CX at least).
The hood is probably more arond 40 LBS...I will check all of these tonight

Yah your right, I was looking for Jerome Soh's part list but I can't find it. He had everything listed as how much they weigh.

It doesnt say anything about bumpers or the hood..but it does say the stock VX seats are 33 LBS each.
Also..I never thought about the muffler...but my Tanabe G Power muffler is heavy as hell! The baffling os broken also..so I need a new one. Time to find a lightweight muffler

if it's for the track run open header, although that would be a long noisy drive to speedworld.

I gotta dyno the car with open header first before I run open header...you know me...gotta dyno everything

I dyno'd muffler vs no muffler..and to my surprise the muffler actually made power power then not having one on.

Rear seats in my ex where 25lbs. Haven't weighed the passenger seat yet.

The front bumper cover doesn't weigh more than 15lbs. As for the supports, I would leave them in unless this is a track only car.
