Anyone installed a laptop other than to control an ECU?
Got an older Dell Inspiron 3800 that is sitting around, and not sure what to do with it. It is going to be a year and a half till I have money to drop a new engine in my 98 hatch (just stock for now). Purpose of laptop would be to entertain passengers. Just looking for any interesting ideas.

Saw it once, don't remember it at all. nvm I just came up with a really cool idea. Just have to figure out the design of a retractable arm that stores in the glovebox for supporting a removable laptop. I have audio cables already tapped into my aux input on my head unit for sound. Could steal it from my sirius PNP clarion unit and all I have to do is get power to the laptop. Hmmmm... this could be an interesting venture. Would have to be able to adjust the arm for positioning for the passenger and for the driver. Would lose internal glove box volume, but wtf, don't care about that much..... Laptop would be taken out after use, not stored in glovebox.
