Anyone with a GSR swap - what intake?
I have a GSR motor in a 2000 Civic hatch. I am trying to get an AEM CAI for it, but as it turns out the hybrid-specific application is not CARB legal (I live in California).
So, I was thinking that a possible workaround would be to get a stock GSR intake (which is CARB legal), but I was not sure whether it fits into a civic engine bay. Can someone please confirm?
TIA

You need an intake for a GSR. Aftermarket or OEM will work.
People are generally confused as to what intake to get because the GSR intake will not go through the hole behind the passenger side headlight. Instead, it goes down beneath the radiator and curves left into the bumper, behind the side marker.
My setup:
OEM GSR intake arm with Comptech Icebox (for GSR).
