anyone ever take valves out of a SOHC head. if so what tool did u use??

anyone ever take valves out of a SOHC head. if so what tool did u use??
the springs are real hard to push down and i need to take valves and stuff out of a DX head and put it in a SI Vtec head cause it has none but i cant seem to get the valves out.. how?

and is that all i need and then theyll come out easily? also do u think DX valves and springs and stuff will work for a SI Vtec head? they are both from a 97...

yea u need the valve spring compressor to take out the valves. how else were you doing it? haha
