Default anybody know how to get th crank pully out

the motor swap was easy for a B18B1 to go in my 92 dx hatch til the ******* timing belt teeth broke throwing it 90* off timing i hope i didnt crush the valve i was tryin to change it but but the damn crank pully bolt won't come loss i tried standing on breaker bar while screw driver was in flywheel but it slipped out and grinded timing belt and i still cant change it cause the bolt wont come off, then i tried using 130psi compressor and lubed it up with everything in the book pb blast, wd40,liquid wrench, deep creep, and let site over night but still no change if i cant get that belt off and adjust the timing im srewed it wont even start and hope i didnt crush the valve but my cousin went 180* on 2 sohc motors and didnt hurt the valves and ls motors have bought the same compression so i hope im ok
ps the ls motor ran great in my ls integra(R.I.P.) before i took it out
anybody know how to get that crank pully bolt out

now I never not answer and just tell people to go use the search button but this is def. a case where you should. this has been covered atleast 10 times in the last month (a topic I started being on of them). some of the ways people on here have gotten it off: the BigAzz channel locks to lock onto the crank pulley, the crank pulley tool from Moroso, 6' breaker bar, or some ******* great air tools because numerous people have told me you need atleast a 600lb ft to get it off. dont heat the bolt and try to get it off because if you dont get it that one time you will be fucked. just search and read up on everyone else that did it recently, Im tired of typing

i have had problems too with getting the bolts off but i use a special tool that matco makes and a 3/4 impact that is rated at about 600ft somtimes you have to rock the nut like if you are tighing it and then try to loosen it.

A large impact wrench and a large air compressor rated at a high SCFM.

Hey, i was having a similar problem when i was changing a timing belt on a buddie's teggy. I went through the same crap that you did & i ended up putting all the fisherprice tools away & breaking out the 1inch drive Ingersol Rand Impact with 1200lbs of "nut busting torque", it took it right off at 150psi.. hope that helps ya out!

8' breaker bar. Either hang from it or jump on it.

You need a compressor made for industrial/mechanical use. The 33 gallon from Sears is not going to do the job.
