Default any suggestions on how to get rid of cabin noise?

when i drive there is A LOT of vibration coming from the door panels, the trunk (nothing is in the trunk), and the roof. do you think because of having a stereo system for a long period of time could loosen up the car?

thanks

Inspect your motor mounts, they may be worn and sagging causing excessive vibration.
Especially on a high mileage car.

i would say both are possible... and i would say cabin noise is expected in a civic.... its not a luxury car so most likely sound dampening is not of top priority
