Any ideas?
I've got an EG SiR with the JDM B16a... its 160,000km on the clock now... and its been going sweet... until...
one day the idle is at 1,500rpm... weird i thought...
then the next day... it floats at 800 then drops to 500rpm...
and sounds like crap... the car has lost power and sounds weird... still runs smooth and hits vtec at the usual point, but sounds weird and not like before...
Its not smoking, its not mis-firing...
Any idea whats going wrong?

could be....
your distributor going out.
a vac line has a leak
the fuel filter/injectors need cleaning
it's probably ignition related though.
