antenna block for EG hatch...anyone got a DIY or any hints ?
Hi all - quick question !
I am about to invest in a JDM honda antenna cover-plate thingy (since i dotn used radio at all and the stock antenna is screwed anyways)
Does anyone have any info / hints / tips in regards to this ? Its 2 screws i know...but what else ? How can i relocate the wiring for a internal aerial ?

I was about to give you **** for wanting a JDM piece since this is from a CX stock and it's like $3 bucks, then I realized you're in Australia.
Some ppl get an internal antenna and route it where the dash meets the windshield, or behind the A pillar.

metra and harada make inside glass mount antennas. they are powered by your radios power antenna turn on or acc. wire. and there very small.

i had one of the metra ones on my last car... worthless.........
i might as well have put the coax end in my mouth and stuck my leg out the window while driving, i may have gotten better reception?
i ended up buying a standard mast gm replacement antenna and shoving it inside the dash... way better nearly as clear as stock..
