another throttle body question...
ive been searching for a while now and i dont know if honda-tech is messed up or if its just my computer, but everytime i type something into the search thing it comes up with nothing. i typed in vtec and it came up with nothing but i just have a quick question.
on this b18a1 throttle body, what is the part that is circled in red?
and on this d16z6 throttle body, what are the two sensors that are circled? thanks guys

First one is a vacuum valve for the throttle plate. I think it keeps the car idling or something while closed, not to sure its only obd0.
2nd is MAP (top) and TPS (side)

vacuum valve for the throttle plate really isn't necessary. From what I remember it just helps from the rpm's dropping really quick when you take ur foot off the accelerator. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

so has anybody actually put a b series tb onto a d series intake manifold? i bolted it up and it all fits and everything, but theres no FIT valve on the b series tb, its actually on the intake manifold from the ls...
