Is there a reason why you want to take it off? Do you just want your car to look like that guy from FF Squad? I don't see any reason why you would want to take it off...

haha, I did it to mine. Well to clean it after I bought it and besides my interior was trashed, I swear the old man who had my VX before used it as a truck. I also still have to take out the headliner I am gonna have it resurfaced since I have burn marks and punctures in it.

go to snap on or some damn tool place... harbor freight and get a panel puller. use it to pry the panel off the pillar. It is held on by about 5 metal clips that will break sometimes.
