alright i searched (fuel filter)
im changing out my fuel filter,and im 95% done with taking my oem filter off. the only problem is, i cant undo the bolt that is UNDER the filter, its a little rusted, and tight as ****. any idea's? i really dont want to cut the line

First grow some muscles..then get some penetrating oil and blast it, and let it sit. For leverage try using a wrench for the bolt and then have another wrench hooked on to that, like an extension if you will.

Use a flare wrench. And also dont forget that even though its upside down you need to turn to the left. So if you looking from the top your moving it to the right.

yeah i had a wrench on the actual filter, then a wrench on the connecter. i WAS turning it in the "up" direction, so that was probably wrong.
