Re: is all EG wired up for rear speakers??? (Unit 01)
When i gutted my 93 VX, it was prewired for the rear speakers. The connectors are down by the sides behind the rear quarter trim panels. They are near the seat belt retractors.

yeah they are there for sure, they will be taped to the rest of your wiring that is running through there, you just have to feel around for them

The wire bundle sits taped and mounted to the side of the car right at the bottom of the side panel.... very deep.... good luck reaching it with the panels on...
Don't be lazy and take them off.... it takes 2 minutes.

My 93 did not come with rear speakers - but it was wired - after I removed the side panels I had to reach way down inside each panel to get the wiring connector.

I just got rear speaker mounts with speakers from a friend...I have a Si HB and i didnt look for the wires yet tho....i need to make my own grilles and then mount these bad boys...when you guys say to remove the pannel...do you mean the whole entire pannel or just the insert pannel where the speakers are mounted to?

Re: (93JDMHONDA)
If anyone wants those speaker mounts from back there I'll sell mine. I just have to get the metal brackets out, the other stuff is already removed. I've been lazy in removing excess stuff from the car.
I'd be willing to sell the metal bracket, plastic shell, all the screws and metal clips you screw the plastic shell into for like 50 bucks. I have the speaker cover grills also, but they are in blue. If you want the covers, I'll need a set of plain blue covers as a core. I'd include them for free if you give me the plain blue ones in return.
