ok i live in alabama and am looking for a used b18b engine for under $800. Where do you think i should look if there are any of you who live down here that know. thanks for any help you can give me, i am a noob and this is my first car(97 civic ex 5 spd). If you have any suggestions besides the swap for me to get extra boost please feel free to speak up.

you'll need more than just the engine to swap it into your civic. you'll also need tranny, axles, mounts, ecu, and shift linkage. you're going to need to spend up to $2k for a low mileage complete swap.
