Airbag ?'s
Okay 94 sedan.. driver airbag and pass. air bag
climbed in the floorboard and unplugged the yellow SRS
wire does this turn off the drivers side airbag?
do i need to worry before cranking the vehicle..since i didnt unplug battery?
and also.. does this cancel the passenger side if not what do i need to do to do so?
and im 100% positive i want them both unplugged because my g/f is like 5'4 and maybe a 100lbs soaking wet..

I think that means both airbags are unplugged. How do you see them being inactive as being safe?

No, it doesn't. The pass side is still active. I wouldn't deactivate any airbags, unless you like eating steering wheel and your GF likes dashboards for lunch. Not to be a jerk , but they are there for a reason, to stop YOU from breaking the windshield.

More times than not, airbags save lives. If they werent that reliable, they wouldnt be standardized.
