Now, did you actually put Freon (R12) in it? If so, that's going to upset the balance of things. If you put R134a in it (1,3,4 Tetraflouroethane), your blower motor is either clogged or broken.

this may seem like a stupid answer but ive dont it numerous times. Check the vent on the top of your dash. If it is open the air seems like it's not even on. Close it and you will notice a difference. If not, go with the other guys solutions.

Not so. Freon is actually a brand name that's trademarked by DuPont. It's their version of refrigerants. Not just R12. Just thought I'd throw that in there.
Anyway, like the guys above mentioned, look in your blower box located under the passenger side of the dash. It's a black plactic box that houses the blower motor and heat and AC coils. Open it up. There's a good chance you have some leaves and other junk stuck inside there.

True, but I was referring to it as Freon because that's what the original poster cited it as .

i took out the blower motor by taking 3 screws out underneath the glovebox...there were a few leaves and i took them out and put them in..but there seems to be no improvement, what else could be the problem

It can be your blower resistor pack.. blower motor.. check to see your voltage drops accross the motor as you change to each item.
get a helm and go to page 21-9 ( 882 in PDF ) and do some troubleshooting.
