AEM or Injen
I was thinking about gettin a new intake - my friend gave me an intake and it was a piece of **** - im just gonna get a short ram intake from either AEM or Injen and want to know which is the overall better choice. Ive heard AEM is better cuz it makes it sound a lot more powerful - and ive heard Injen are the best out there...thx

for a short-ram, who gives a ****. Buy a no-name. they're all the same. You just pay for quality, and both AEM and Injen are of high quality, but i prefer AEM's mounting bracket to Injen's.

Go for the AEM cold air intake...the AEM Cold Air Intake does make a distinct whistling sound when the RPM passes about three grand and is quiet whenever lower....my friend had a injen coldair/short ram intake and even at idle, made a loud high pitched noise! As for looks, the injen looked better a year ago, but now the new AEM cold air/short ram intakes look comparable.
