Default AEM cold air intake diameter

I am ordering an AEM bypass valve for my buddies 94 civic dx. He already ordered the CAI, but I wanted to go ahead & order the valve. Does any one know which size we need?....2.25".....2.5"?

I did search, but didn't see anything for the 5th gen.

I might be going out on a limb here but if you measure the diameter of the intake and that will probably tell you.

LMAO.

This is true. You have the best chance of getting this information the fastest. Ask the seller?

No ****....We haven't gotten the intake yet. I sent the seller an email, but haven't heard back from them yet. I was just hoping someone on here might know, so we could get the bypass ordered in the mean time.

They usually match the size of the TB. So they are like 2.5" I would think. But you can get many different sizes.

You are basically SOL til it gets there or you can find out what you ordered.
