AEM Cold Air Intake for 96 del Sol Si (D16Y8 OBD-II)
Does anyone know if the AEM CAI for a 95 del Sol Si (SOHC) will work for a 96 del Sol Si?? As far as I know the only difference is the IAT sensor...can the AEM tube be drilled or modified to accept this sensor?? Anybody know where I can find some info on CAI for my car?? All of the CAI I've found are not made for my car, but the earlier del Sol's.

I called AEM and the tech said they do not have a CAI that will work in my car, but I'm sure someone has put an AEM CAI in their 96+ del Sol.
Let me know if anyone has modified a CAI for an OBD-II del Sol.

Since the body is they same I don't see why it wouldn't fit. Just drill the hole for the IAT, and have a nice day. Just make sure you remove the intake and the clean it reall good. You wouldn't want a burr going into the intake mani.
