Default Advise needed on mods.

Hi guys,
I'm a newbie to cars. I'm very interested in getting a stock Honda Civic esp. a 94' or 95' EX. Can you guys give me some ideas on what I need to do for my very 1st mod??

Thanks for any input.

first get some nice suspension
Always a good choice if you want to save up for something big later on.

Don't know what your intentions are for your car, but if you want speed you need to stay away from bolt-ons(I/H/E) for your car until you have real power mods. I can't stress this enough, bolt-ons alone will do very little to help your car perform better. There are basically two options to noticeably increase your car's performance : engine swap with a DOHC engine(B16a,B17,B18c1, or B18c5) and build that up(I/H/E) or go forced induction(turbo or supercharger) w/ exhaust.

or you could go all out and do both
hehehe
but yes, i agree stay away from bolt ons till youve decided for sure what you want to do. im gonna be running stock exhaust for about 6 months on my b16 till i get my turbo. but it will be worth it. gonna save me some money.
