get the P28 chipped. leave your buddies ECU alone.

Xenocron.com has what your looking for.. But since your going to need a tune, just ask your tuner and he should be able to chip it before the tune.

A chipped p28 would work to DD it and junk until you do get a tune. But you will deff need a tune to get all the kinks worked out.

+1 with Love ^^
sounds like youll need to ship your ride to the other island cuz every engine acts different than another. A dyno tune would be ideal for ur situation.

Chip the computer yourself...it really isnt all that difficult and you can start chipping an ECU here or there on your Island.

Practice on a dead circuit board with an iron, some braid and a sucker until you get good...and then go chip your own P28.

You can pick up the kit to DIY, and we can easily ship it to where you are...

BTW, planes go anywhere these days and many tuners love to "jet set"...including me

Old VCRs and such are great to practice soldering on, and there's lots of good components in them. I have no advice on tuning though, sorry. I think we have a section devoted to that.

The PCT will run terribly on the LS-V, not near the right setup for the displacement, etc... Just chip your P28 and for now order a custom basemap that is close to your setup to get you running.
