Default Advance PMTR build in my EM1......need help...thx

Tryin to build up a Poor man's Type R engine this summer since I hv a B16A2 in my EM1.
Need any kind of advises
I'm thinkin I should build up a advanced version of PMTR, otherwise why don't I just buy a B18C5, right?
So I did some research and found Kingmotorsports's 2.0L B18C1 build is a really good example (It inspired me)
Here is the dyno sheet for the King's motor build

I love the flat torque band start from 3k rpm (I love acclerate more than top speed)

SO here is my plan
Cylinder Head
Camshaft: 1. skunk2 Pro 1+ or skunk2 tuner 1+ or 2+
Cam Gear: Skunk2 Pro 2+ cam gears
Injector: RC 440cc injectors
Valvetrain: Supertech valvetrain

Cylinder Block
Block: GSR Block overbored to 84mm
Crankshaft: LS Crank
Pistons: Wiseco B-series Big Bore Forged Pistons 84mm
Connecting Rods: Carillo connecting rods
Rod bolts: ??
Crank pulley: ?? may be stock
Block guard: Golden Eagle
oil pan: Mugen or Moroso steel baffeled oil pan
Throttle body: 64mm ITR bored throttle body
Intake manifold: ??
Exhaust: 2.5" Mugen twinloop catback
Header: ??
Head stud: APR
Water pump: ITR
Oil pump: ITR
Timing belt: ITR
Head gasket
Flywheel: ITR
Clutch: ITR
Honda Aluminum AC mount $119.97
radiator: ??
ECU: hondata s300

Does this setup fine for DD w/ pump gas still?
What kind of part should I change to make this build better than King's one?
My goal is making close to 250WHP and 160 torque by redline around 9 or 9.5k rpm

Thx
