Adjustable coilovers
#2
Koni Yellows are nice. I have KYB AGX and I like them. I have springs but I'd assume coilovers would ride fine on AGX's. A lot of people will talk **** about the KYB's, but they can suck it.

what kind of coilovers are you running?, i'll vouch for the kyb agx also. I had them on my coupe and even at the softest setting it rode and corned better then the stock strauts. i've heard the blue tokicko (sp?) are good also, the kyb cost me a bit over 800 bucks, canadian

The adjustability in the shocks refers to damping force.
There are 4 settings, 1 being softest, 4 being hardest. You can change the settings on all 4 shocks in like 30 seconds.
I would go with the adjustables, simply for the fact that you can tune their settings to your likings (I played around with about 3 different configurations until I got them where I liked them, and I change them every now and then if I decide I want to), and if you take it to the drag strip you just open your hood and trunk, pull out the tiny flathead screwdriver and adjust them to 4 in like 30 seconds from start to finish.
