Re: (SpoonFedHatch)
yea man i just installed the spoon lip, luckily i took of the jdm one piece headlights or else they would have been gone. This was my first accident, so im kinda pissed but i understand that im lucky to be alive and that my car is replaceable. As for the guy who i hit, he was taken by the ambulence.
This is what happened i was driving, well i made a 1 minute drawing if you dont understand and want me to explain then ask. But if you understand tell me whos fault is it?
the yellow boxes are the people in traffic, the red box is me, the blue is the guy i hit. But he turned without even kreeping up, and like i said as soon as i saw him i hit him. Didnt have enough time to react. After he got out of his car and said he broke his ribs and hes going to get me
heres a bigger version

Re: (EG1)
hey ray, i know how you feel right now, that car was like your pride and joy, it was just like yesterday your car was perfect. hopefully you can get it fixed. I'm glad that your alright and your not injured severely that's all that really matters. Now you have an excuse for yourself to get a new paint job and new motor lol. Hope everything turns out well with you and your car. As for the accident i think you have the right of way and the other car should of waited till it was totally clear of oncoming cars, but i think what the guy did was he was trying to beat you to his turn and you ended up hiting him, so i think it's his fault but that's my guess. see ya tomorrow.

yo... if you are turning, left without a green arrow then its prolly your faulst... of course, you were going straight and he's turning left then you have the right of way no matter where that stop sign out front is... he has no right to sue and he got's to fix your car man...

i feel you, last month i got in an accident too, except i had no insrurance, so it sucked the life out of credit cards, but on the plus side i did add a few custom items to my car.

So did you have a stop sign, light, anything??? If not how the hell would that be your fault? You had the right of way. If he turned in front of you then he got what he deserved and it was his fault..?

how do u figure its his fault? when it was the other guy who made the unsafe/blind turn... and the del sol was just going straight. (now if you were speeding, thats a different story)

Take it to the lawyer...don't even attempt to do this yourself....
with a lawyer, you are well protected. Besides, this kinda of accident, many lawyer don't charge you a thing until you get your resitution.

I would have to agree. From the looks for your diagram, it is his fault. There were plent of witnesses right?

Re: (BeerMan)
YOUR AT FAULT MAN!!! hope that didn't scare ya.
I'm just f%&#ing with you bro. It is definely the other guys fault. He probably saw that you were a young driver with no accident experience and he knew he was at fault. In order for him to get outta this, he tried some scare tactics on you and it worked.... right? Well now that your a lil more knowledgeable on this subject, go get what you deserve a nice settlement
Oh yeah, dont forget to get your lawyer

Re: (AlphaQup)
About 20 days after I got my first car, exact same thing happen to me. A bitch with a pregnent passenger with no seatbelt turned right in front of me. My 89 Accord got totalled. It was 10 years old car but it was in very good condition. Then she tried to sue me for careless driving. lol .My insurance company took care of that.
