Icon2 Ac belt

So put in a Ac compressor put on the belt when I go and start the
car it squeals. Does that mean its eighter tight or loose ?
And does the tensioner pulley have to spin
when the car is on ?

when the belts squeals they are to loose and yes the tensioner pulley have to spin. If your pulley are sized then your squeal come from here.

Can't tell if troll or...
Yes the pulley must spin. If it doesn't you will definitely have squealing. Either the bearing is shot or it was assembled incorrectly.

If a pulley doesn't turn, that explains the problem. But which pulley?

It was working fine on my other block. Its the tensioner pulley right next
to the Ac compressor.
