Default 99 SI acceleration problems

Lately my car is having problems accelerating, an example would be trying to gradually raise the speed in second gear with the gas pedal pressed part way, the car will start off gaining speed then hit a spot wear the rpms will no longer raise and stops accelerating for a few moments. Then contiuns to raise normaly afterwards. this happens probley 3 times each trip through the gears.

has the 02 sensor high circuit voltage code. However i just changed the 02 senor yesterday.

Was also seafoemed yesterday but only in the gas tank. drove straight the to the gas pump and filled up right after.

Has header and axel back exhaust, AEM CAI, original cat i beleive with 175,000 on the b16.

it could also be your distributor, If you dont have it on the right degrees it could cause a problem like that

Its really simple. its just abit time consuming. all there is, fuel and spark. so check your electrical then check your fuel. if you havent found the problem by then something will be throwing a code.
