99 front bumper cover on 98 EX

Will a 99 front bumper cover bolt directly on to a 98 EX model? I certainly like the looks of the 99 cover a lot more than the 98.

Sure, you gotta change the hood, grille, headlights, and fenders, along with modifying the tow brackets for the bumper cover next to the grille also, tho.
