Default 99 EX - LS/Vtec

How hard is it to build a LS/Vtec?? I read up on on them and it seems really hard...I heard they were unreliable unless they were built just right...How are they built just right?? What all do I need to swap it into a 99 EX??

just use the search function. its a question that get asked alot. no it is not hard to build one either

i got two friends with that setup and they have no problems. its all in how well the work is done and tuned properly.
