99 Civic Si coupe vs. 95 Civic Si hatch
weight matters, so how much would a 99 Si coupe stock b16a beat a stock 95 hatch Si/EX d16z6. what about i/h/e/c on the hatch? would naturally asperating the forgotten sohc vtec be equal or almost equal to the si, or would the bone stock cars would depend on driver skills. knowing the d16z6 has alot of potential and the b16 having dual cams and more displacement(both motors has thier pros and cons), but different shell? what do you think? post it.

Re: 99 Civic Si coupe vs. 95 Civic Si hatch (alphaquake)
I have a '94 civic Si (hatch) and i've raced my freind in his '99 epb SI many of times, his car was stock and mine had CAI on it and he would take me slowly on the freeway, but off the line i would kill him because he sucked at launching, it really depends on the drivers of these cars, my best E.T. is a 16.229 @ 87.4 mph with a 2.44 60ft. so i think i can hit a 15.8ish, but all in all a modded twincam would kill a single, but i think a '92-95 si hatch with I/H/E would take a '99-00 si all over, just from my experience.

stock vs. stock, the 99-00 Si will win, friend of mine has a 94 Si, and I have a 00 Si, and when we would race I would always pull ahead unless I fucked up, and both of us are very competant drivers. But 94 with B16, means a *** WHOOPING for the 99-00 Si.
