Icon3 99 Civic Hatchback tail lights

The tail lights to my 99 Civic hatchback are not working and i have no idea what is wrong with them. I have replaced both bulbs and checked all the fuses and none of them are blown. Does anybody know what could be wrong, all other lights are in working condition.

Thanks

If the taillight bulb receptacle has battery voltage with the switch turned ON, then definitely look for a loose or broken ground wire.

Fuse 32, right? You have a short.

Remove all of the front and rear bulbs and carefully inspect the receptacles for burning or damage. Also check the wires for damage.
