Default 99 civic gsr swap (runs rough) need help

I recently got my 99 cvic w/gsr swap running and now it runs rough. My exhaust doesn't fit all the way to the headers, (like 8inches short from cat to headers) and its really loud and loses a lot of power. I think it might be misfiring and it has some sort of rev limiter at 3k-4k rpms. Im running a pct ctr obd2b ecu. It lacks a lot of power when i give it gas but im guessing thats the open headers. When starting up it dies a little and then goes, and the temp gauge won't go high up and always stays cold.

Any CEL's? Did you mix up the map sensor connector with the tps sensor connector? These two sensors use the same style connector and can easily be mixed up.

I was thinking about that, and i tried swapping them but then the iacv sensor plug wont reach to its sensor. The harness is an obd2b vtec harness, Ill try it out and maybe i will just have to extend the sensor.

Fix your o2 ( o2 mix air/fuel w/o o2 your car bogs and throttle response wouldn't reponse well, like it wants to cut out) and check your spary plug wires it might be put on wrong cylinder.

he's right, plug up you O2 sensor because your motor needs it.

I put my exhaust on and it's a lot better and did the o2sensor. The motor really seems to not be very fast and is really hard to accelerate but runs fine and i can't go faster than 70mph in 5 gear, a rev limiter kicks in. Each gear goes to about 4k and no further
