Before you flame me with research first... Well I did research and all dead end!

car starts-idles fine, when it comes to pressing gas.. it bogs and dies. wont rev up at all unless I pump the clutch pedal and it tries to rev up.

Things I've done:
-I switch the tps and map sensor but its not it
-install another throttle body with different tps and map, still not it
-replace fuel filter also checked the relay
-replace sparkplugs
-replace ignition rotor
-replace distributor cap
-replace ignition module
-its only running on headers, so no cat converter.

so everything is fine and dandy except when I press the gas then it dies...Im so frustrated... please help me

im not aware of any cel.... come to think of it... i think the cel is unplug in the cluster...

oem b16a2 distributor .. i had to rewire the harness

Have you actually checked TPS voltage?

I see you replacing a lot of stuff but I don't see you actually checking anything.
Did you verify the voltage on the TPS? Did you check ignition as well as mechanical timing? Last full tune up? Verify that the CEL is actually working.

what is your fuel pressure at idle and when you give it gas. confirm bulb is there and funtional

Id check injectors. Pull each one while the car is idle, you should get a drop in rpm. Check fuel rail. Sounds like fuel delivery or spark.

I also don't see anywhere that you've checked your timing. That's the first thing you should be checking, followed by actually attaching a multimeter to the TPS and properly setting it.

I manage to buy a scanner pulled few codes..: guy that sold me the cluster pulled the cel of it.

my main suspect is P0108 code... now i did replaced the tps 3 times from 3 running vehicles. i did cut and extend the tps wire since it was too short (i used the d16y7 wire harness).

Same thing happened to me it turned out being the dizzy I had the same synthoms

P0108 is your MAP, not your TPS. You can't just remove a TPS and bolt a new one in - you have to calibrate it using a multimeter. You still haven't checked your timing.

I forgot to mention that i have checked the timing with the timing light (well not me, a friend of mine) he told me its fine. ill have to buy a multimeter and check the current on the map...and ill have to find out how to calibrate the map... once again thanks everyone for the input
