Are 99-00 Si springs the same as EK 99-00 non-Si springs?

Are 99-00 Si springs the same as EK 99-00 non-Si springs?
just wondering
non Si= Ex and any model 99-00 EK civic below
what about stock shocks, same?

I got H&R SPorts and the box says for 99-00 SI.

no, Si's springs and shocks are slightly stiffer, I think 30%, same height for the springs

oh ok, so both factory EK Si and EK non-Si have the same ride height, which means the stock springs are both the same height but slightly different stiffness?

as stated before, Si spring are a bit stiffer..i have a 2k EX with proress springs for an Si..rides perfectly..i also have a friend that has h&r springs for his ek, but the box also says 99-00 Si

Not only the springs are stiffer but the valving on the shocks is stiffer too.
