I might be swapping a D16Z6 into my car. Full changeover. So then if I picked up some Brembo Cross Drilled Rotors for a 99-00 Civic Si, would they fit on the 92-95 EX Axels? or no??? Please let me know... Thank you.

Nope... The axles aren't the problem. It is the front knuckle. If you swap the knuckle/spindle/hub/caliper then you can use the 99-00/92-00EX front rotors.
Also, save your money and get some brembo blanks.
