99-00 SI and 94-01 Tranny Bracket question
Hey guys, doing a b16a swap into my 97 Civic Si (US EX) and it was automatic so im just making sure I buy the correct front lower tranny mount & bracket (I have everything else already).
1. Are the 94-01 Integra front lower tranny bracket and a 99-00 Civic Si (SIR) front lower tranny brackets the same since both cars have B-series trannys? (I've heard yes and no -- if no, which should I get for a JDM SIRII B16A tranny)
2. Should I buy the 99-00 Civic SI (SIR) front lower tranny chasis mount or a 97 Civic 5spd front lower tranny chasis mount that would be there if my car had been a 5spd? (My current one for the auto doesnt line up).
Thanks guys!

As for the upper tranny mount, you will either:
1. Cut off the auto bracket and weld on a manual bracket, and then use a manual mount.
2. Buy a conversion mount from Hasport.

Re: 99-00 SI and 94-01 Tranny Bracket question (BlueIntegraBoy)
Nope, the upper mount is the same (just the bracket on the tranny is different), you're thinking of a 5th gen Civic.
According to Matt Blodgett I can just get a front lower chasis mount for my car in a 5 speed 1997 Civic Si/EX ABS (Can/US) and get the tranny bracket from a teg.... I knew that, I was more interested in if I got BOTH parts from a 1999-2000 SIR/SI would the chasis mount and tranny bracket bolt up just the same as if I bought the other option? (its easier for me to order the SIR parts than it is to get the mix of parts)
Thanks!

Re: 99-00 SI and 94-01 Tranny Bracket question (fast88std)
I just wanted to make sure I wouldnt run into any odd fitement issues (Like for whatever reason the 99-00 SIR one bolting into holes that are in a slightly different spot or anything).
Anyone know if theyre exactly the same or not?
