Default 98 ex civic motor/trans mount problems!! help plz.

SOOOOO I have a 98 honda civic ex, with a d16z6. I'm having some issues... so my motor mount ripped around the bolt hold for some reason.. I replaced it only to run into a slight problem.... once started putting the bolts back in i come to the bottom bolt going into the frame..the bolt would not screw back into the hole. so i guess my question is. inside of the frame was there a NUT im guessing welded inside of the frame which the bolt should screw into or does the bolt screw directly into the frame? the car has been hit on that side and has slight frame damage, thats what makes me wonder if there is a nut inside of the frame that has fallen from the impact braking it lose or something but there is no way to get to that bolt if there was one in there to begin with... which leads me to what i did to make it work for now but its still not working properly.. Ive switch to another bolt with bigger threads and screwed it in as far as it will go but still doesnt screw in all the way... so the bottom of the motor/trans mount shakes and which u can hear inside the cabin of the car... so im sure its a matter of time before this motor mount rips in the same place as old one and the new one i jsut bought and had to replace because of the same exact problem.. top bolt hole ripped..... can i possibly rethread the hole and try with another bolt?

I believe it's solid and the metal is just tapped.
