Default 98 civic sedan - hesitates on take off

i have a ej6(sedan) with a d16y4, converted to obd1 p06-a00, after converting care hesitates to take off, please help

Same question, why? There's something you aren't telling us, and that's not how it works around here. You give us the full picture if you want answers. Until you give us more information, the only answer you'll get is this.

You're running the wrong ECU for the motor. Of course it isn't running right. Put the correct ECU back in.
