Default 98 civic lx - HP gains w/ intake pipping, plugs/wires, Yonaka catback exhaust?

Hello I just added a store bought intake pipping w/ spectre filter, changed my plugs and wires to NGK, and on its way is my Yonaka catback exhaust. I was wondering what gains in hp should I expect from these?
I don't expect anything high but would like to see if anyone knows or could estimate this.
The stock engine on my 98 civic lx is D16Y7 which is weak in hp like 106 or 108.

maybe 4 nothing you will feel not 4WHP but to the flywheel and you will be just loud try changing out your intake manifold for the one from the EX cause the one from the y7 sucks

You will get more sound, and a nice tip out the back. As for power gains, 5 hp or so and will prob not feel it.

I just swapped over my old Integra setup into my EH with GC + KONI Yellows and OMGOSH! What a night and day from what the car came with(stock blown shocks with GC). Well I also swapped in my 5-Lug set up. WOOOT!

You want a comfortable set up please spend some money on suspension and tires. Don't cheap out with boogy *** suspension no matter what the hp is.

Ya I'm getting some new 15s since my 17s are rubbing too much and planning to save up for the Koni's in the future :]

You'll probably get a more noticable power gain going from the 17s to 15s than you willfrom your exhaust/intake. Is the car auto or manual?

auto

also why don't people get 14s? It seems like 15 and 16 are most popular.

Pretty much for looks. 15's eliminate some of the wheel gap. If the car is lowered say 1.5 inches, it than gives the car a cleaner look imo.

The plug wires will just make the engine run smoother if anything, just by delivering more reliable spark.

Intake, I suggest getting a foam element filter. True Flow, UNI and others make them. They're cheap (I paid like $15 for mine), easy to clean (detergent and water), last a very long time just like other washable filters, filter better than K&N paper filters and keep delivering good flow while K&N and others clog up and their flow diminishes. The foam holds particles within while others trap dirt on the outside.

The Yonaka exhaust sounds nice, not a waste at all since it creates some room to grow if you swap the motor or turbo.
