Default '98 Civic doesn't start
SO I HAVE A 1998 Honda Civic EX THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM PUT A d16b in it. I DROVE THE CAR FOR ALITTLE BIT NOW IT WONT TURN ON!!! LIKE NO INSTRUMENT LIGHTS NO WINDOWS GOING UP!! THE INSIDE DOME LIGHT IS ON AND THE RADIO GOES ON WHEN I TURN THE KEY.. I RECENTLY JUST PUT A NEW BATTERY AND PUT BRAND NEW DISTRIBUTOR AND SPARK PLUGS. IT IS NOT GETTING A SPARK. It cranks but will not start at all. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO Or how to fix it. Can someone help me. I check all grounds and everything. DONT KNOW WHAT THE **** TO DO.

Test arc jump (length) at distributor's coil (ICM) and ignitor with a screwdriver. Google search Ezone + coil test first so you do it safely.

How can it be a seized engine? And the alternator would not give me power like the feeling noise when I put in the key???
