98 civic coupe, headlights and dash lights flicker.

why does it do this? like i'll be driving and it seems like its not getting all the wattage, i just burnt one bulb on the headlight too... its been flickering for a year now.

you let it flicker for a year!..anyways check all your ground wires..alternator thermostat etc..if nothing then id say electircal problem somewhere ..

Haooened to my car once as well...Flickering, and the needles on the guages would spin around like the Excorcist. Turns out I had a major short somewhere in the electrical system. It ended up being almost $3k to repair it...
