98 Civic/b20b with type r trans - HOW DO I INSPECT IN NJ NEED HELP!!
So i have an 98 ek with a b20b with type r trans, no Powersteering or A/C, Has an apexi n1 exausht. its there any way that i can get my car to pass inspection in NJ if so where? how? or if i can go get it inspected somewhere else?
