97 ek b16b ref question
is it possible? its a 97 b16b my plan is to run si engine harness,headers,intake manifold,ecu. do you guys know anyone who has done this or is it even possible? i hear people talk about no jdm motors can pass. .and some say it can.. please let me know before i waste money! thanks
