Make sure that you do not have platinum plugs, Honda's HATE plat. plugs. This has been a problem in my car in the past.
If this is the case and they are Platinum plugs, try to get stock, factory NGK Replacements, However, if you check and you have standard plugs I would check your cap and rotor. Also, when was the last time that you changed your Fuel filter? This can also cause this problem.
Another thing, when was the last time that your smogged your car (seeings as you are in California) because this can tell us a decent amount of what to look for. Depending on your readings we can see if you have a lean/rich condition, if you're running too hot/cold, etc.
Good luck, hope that I was able to help you.

Fuel filter has never been changed out since ive had the car (3years)
And I.believe they are platnumz....what are chances that plugs wud cause it to bogg within that rpm range randomly?

It's very likely platinum plugs can case problems. Go get some NGK copper plugs, they're like $1.30 each.

in all seriousness.. repost the question, car, motor, and ecu in plain english with some kind of punctuation so we can understand what you are asking.

not having a knock sensor is going to retard timing alot.. the crank sensor is not goign to allow the motor to rev over 3500rpms with a rev limiter

we can't help you because we donttalke lik thiz in quoted runnon sentenzes that noone cun reed and figur out wether you are shopping list add or speaking car or mandarin. no complete stranger is gonna take the time to decipher that **** to help you with a car that you haven't even wired up all the sensors so it can run properly. are you serious?
wire it properly, come back and don't quote a fragmented thought for a question. or don't. either way good luck.
